Not sure where to start when it comes to capturing + refreshing your visuals? We’ve got you. Serving 100+ small to medium businesses per year, we know the ins and outs of converting your product or service to vibrant imagery. With event, brand, and headshot photography, each gallery is unique to you, but the process is pretty damn similar.

Looking for fresh, joyful imagery? Reach out and let us know what type of photography you’re looking for! If you have an exact session date, we recommend reaching out 3 months in advance to secure it. Otherwise, we are typically able to get clients in within a month of outreach.

Headshot and event clients, you’ll get a brochure to fill out your info + skip to step 4. Brand clients, move to step 2.

Know you need images, but aren’t exactly sure of your shotlist? No fear needed. We’ll hop on a virtual call to discuss your overall vision and uses for photos to create our session plan together!

CONSULTATION

Following our consultation, you’ll receive a recap of our meeting, along with your session timeline, prep list, and if applicable, a moodboard and a model call sheet. We want you to feel prepped and ready to rock come the day of our shoot!

PREPERATION

Today is the day! Getting to be creative and vibe off of client’s energy is the absolute best. You can expect our session to be casual, upbeat, and full of laughter. No stress, just zest.

SESSION

You can expect to receive your full set of high-resolution imagery, through a digital gallery, 3 weeks from our session date! Need a quick turnaround? Upgrade your package with a 24-hour preview or 48-hour full gallery rush!

PHOTO DELIVERY

High-five, we did it! Together we created some kick ass visuals that deserve to be shared. We photograph for longevity and hope you’ll get use out of your photos for many months (even years!) to come. We’ll follow up post-delivery to be sure you’re getting the most out of your imagery.

FAQs

  • For event photography (or photo needs with an exact date/time), we recommend reaching out at least 3 months prior to your event to ensure your date is saved on our calendar.

    For brand photos and headshots (or sessions with greater flexibility), we can typically fit you in within the month.

  • Our team takes edits + photo delivery seriously! We will have your photos delivered 3 weeks after your session date via a digital gallery (see below).

    If you need your photos sooner, you can add a 24-hour rush preview or 48-hour full gallery delivery upon booking your photos for an additional cost. Happy to be speedy to reach your image needs/goals!

    You’ll be emailed your photos with a download code. We use Pixieset for gallery hosting and love it! Here you can favorite photos, download the full gallery, and choose high-res or web-res to make posting a breeze. We recommend saving your gallery link and code somewhere for your team to access as well!

  • HELL YES! Brand and event photography often is best captured outside of a photo studio so we are happy to come to you. If you anticipate needing our team to travel to you, please let us know and we can properly estimate the cost of mileage/flights/hotels/etc.

  • Prices will vary based on what you are looking for. Headshots start at $250 and Event + Brand photography begin at $500/hour. Through our consultation, we will give you a customized quote with the pricing that matches your photo needs.

  • Based on the type of photos you are doing, we will send you more details about what you should (and shouldn’t) wear for your photos. A great rule of thumb is to dress as you usually do, just one notch “fancier”. We want your gallery to represent you + your style!

  • After many years of capturing weddings, I have fully retired from weddings. I am happy to recommend other options that may be a good fit!

  • At the moment, I am not accepting new clients for family photography. If that changes, we will let you know!

  • While we do love a good weekend off- Yes, we can be available outside of the 9-5 schedule. Events are often set, which we entirely understand. We will work with you for headshots + brand photos to find a time that works for all parties involved.

  • YES! If you are looking for a classic, traditional photo vibe, The Foundry is available for all of your photo needs at no additional cost. No need to reserve it- we will take care of it!

  • We always love extra furry friends! Please let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

  • You are not alone! So many folks give the warning: I’m not good in front of the camera. No worries! That’s our job - to make you feel comfortable and prepared! We will give you all of the details and options to make you feel relaxed and at ease for your photo day. We want to capture you exactly as you are, so no need to be anything other than yourself!
